Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All products except cowhide products or homewares can be exchanged or returned within 21 days of purchase.

Products must be returned in original condition, with tags intact and unwashed. We do not exchange or refund any items purchased on clearance, or for a change of mind for items on sale. We also do not offer refunds only exchanges or a store credit.

Note: Stylin in the West does not take responsibility of returns lost in transit. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include the following:

A copy of your invoice number with returned items listed
A description of new size or colour required in exchange

Faulty Products

Follow the guidelines as for ‘Returns & Exchanges’ but please include a note explaining the fault.
